Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Voyadio app and web services (voyadio.com, app.voyadio.com, the "Service"), provided by D.case Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
Voyadio is a directory and player that finds, connects to, and plays live radio streams published openly by broadcasters on the internet. We do not host, store, record, rebroadcast or redistribute any audio, and we provide no download feature. Rights to the broadcast content belong to the respective broadcasters and other third parties.
2. Using the Service
You must use the Service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms, and must not use it for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes others' rights. Radio features work without an account; some features (community, mileage) require sign-in.
3. Intellectual property and trademarks
Station names, logos, brands and other trademarks shown in the Service belong to their respective owners, who are not affiliated with, and do not endorse or sponsor, us. The Voyadio name, logo and design belong to us.
4. Third-party streams and content reports
The streams the Service connects to are operated by third-party broadcasters. We do not warrant their accuracy, legality or availability. You can report infringing or inappropriate streams through our Report · Copyright page; when a request is verified as valid, we remove the channel.
5. Tips (optional)
You may optionally support the Service with a tip. Tips are a voluntary contribution to support the Service and, unless stated otherwise, are not payment for goods or services.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or that any particular station will always play.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change, we will post the update here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
