Delete Your Account & Data
Voyadio
Voyadio lets you permanently delete your account and personal data yourself. The radio app itself has no account; the steps below cover deleting your community (voyadio.com) account.
How to delete
Option 1 — Delete it yourself (recommended):
- Sign in at voyadio.com → My account → Delete account → confirm
- Direct link: voyadio.com/account/delete (deletes your own account immediately after sign-in)
Option 2 — Request by email: Email support@voyadio.com from your sign-up address and ask us to delete your account. We process requests within 7 business days.
Data that is deleted (permanent, unrecoverable)
- Your sign-in email address and nickname
- Your comments and notes, likes, and channel discovery records
This personal data is permanently removed immediately on request (within 7 business days for email requests).
Data that is retained
- Radio stations you first added remain in the community as a shared asset, anonymized (your authorship link is removed) — they can no longer be tied to you.
- Moderation reports are kept for abuse prevention, but the reporter link to you is removed.
App (on-device) data
Channels you collected and your language setting are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app (they are never sent to our servers).
